Wesslau legal advisor in the acquisition of Tage Rejmes Bil

Wesslau has acted as legal advisor to Liljedahl Group AB in the acquisition of all shares in Tage Rejmes Bil Aktiebolag. Tage Rejmes Bil Aktiebolag is one of the country’s largest Volvo dealers with a total of 13 facilities in eleven locations and with approximately 500 employees.

Wesslau’s transaction team consisted of Henrik Sjöman, Evelina Stein Wareborn, Clara Herbertsson, Mikaela Leion and Christian Ibrahim.
