We have developed a service where we take full responsibility for the whistleblowing function. For a fixed monthly fee, we set up and monitor your whistleblowing channel. When a report is received, we investigate and propose a course of action – also at a fixed price. The service meets all legal requirements for whistleblowing, GDPR and EU directives.

The service is easy to get started with, saves you time and resources for your core business, and guarantees full anonymity for whistleblowers. It provides you with a whistleblowing system that employees, customers and suppliers can use to anonymously report misconduct. This allows you to be quickly informed of suspected wrongdoing, while strengthening the trust of employees, customers and other stakeholders.
How the service works
In case of suspected misconduct, a report is made on a website customised for the company. The whistleblower remains anonymous, unless they choose to come forward. The service allows for communication with the whistleblower whether they choose anonymity or not, all communication is encrypted. When a report is received, we start an investigation and produce a written report with proposals for action, which we then jointly decide how best to take it forward.
