Wesslau Advokatbyrå shall endeavour to carry out our work, use our premises, purchase our materials and choose our suppliers in an environmentally conscious manner, so that we ultimately reduce our use of resources and contribute to more sustainable development.
We will, as far as possible, integrate environmental considerations into all our decisions. The following areas have been selected and prioritised:
- Reducing carbon emissions by making environmentally conscious choices when travelling on business and, where possible, using video conferencing equipment instead of travelling.
- Environmentally conscious choice of suppliers when purchasing.
- Reducing energy consumption in our premises.
- Reduction of paper consumption.
Environmental work should be constructive, profitable and fun. By ensuring that everyone is involved in environmental work, we will achieve commitment among the Agency’s employees. All new employees will undergo basic environmental training.
Our clients should know that we are an agency that cares about the environment.
We will comply with the laws and requirements that apply to environmental issues.
The internal environmental programme shall be continuously evaluated and revised.
Through continuous discussion and exchange of information, we will work to ensure that the law firm’s employees also take greater responsibility for the environment as private individuals.
