ANDUDSUNDERLAGBoberg Traktör AB, 556672-8308, was declared bankrupt at Jönköping District Court on 14 January 2025, whereby Martin Bergander was appointed bankruptcy trustee. The company has for several years operated the restaurant and catering business Stockmakaren in Huskvarna. According to the most recent annual reports (financial years 2022 and 2023), the company had net sales of just under SEK 15 million. At the time of the bankruptcy decision, the company had a number of employees, many of whom had worked for the company for many years. The company has been a lunch restaurant, but has also conducted catering operations and organised parties and corporate events. The restaurant section reportedly seats around 150 people. The business closed at Christmas 2024 and was then dormant until the bankruptcy. The business has been located at Stockmakaregatan 3. The premises are owned by Husqvarna AB. The rent included virtually all the machinery and fixtures and fittings needed for a lunch restaurant and service. Equipment owned by the landlord and included in the rent is shown in Appendix 1. A takeover of the business requires approval from the landlord and that a new lease can be signed. In addition to the landlord’s property, the premises contain separate goods owned by a supplier, mainly cash register systems and beverage taps. The bankruptcy company has owned most of the movable property, such as chairs, plates, cutlery, glasses and kitchen equipment (which are included in the business transfer). In addition, at the time of the bankruptcy there was a small stock of goods. For a more detailed review of what is included in the business transfer, a tour of the premises and a review of the inventory list is recommended. The bankruptcy estate transfers all property in its existing condition. It is the buyer’s responsibility to carry out the necessary inspection of the property in order to clarify, for example, the extent of the property and to detect any defects and deficiencies.
